The studio is busy working on decorative arts for interior design projects. We are designing Bistro One West, St. Charles, Illinios (on the river)! Installation is next week, followed by the opening celebrations in early December.
Tomorrow is Open Canvas Open Art Auction in Milwaukee, Wisconsin raising scholarship funds for Milwaukee School of Art and Design. Vicky Tesmer will be participating. Also working on The Beach Series- ready to start the 8' x 12' mural.
Autumn is always the time of productivity, the harvest and the thankfulness of abundance, preparing for the end of the calendar year followed by winter. It appears the last three months have had wings and sailed away. Our muses have been working over time seeping into the walls of the studio. Also, the many spirits of the dead have continuosly kept us company while we create. So much of life remains a mystery; no wonder we look to ancient civilizations to help explain the unexplainable.
